This CrockPot Chicken Stew is a great dinner idea for a tasty but easy meal. Set it up before you leave for work in the morning and it's ready when you get home.

I often make a bit extra and this can be kept in the refridgerator for dinner next day. The flavours seems to be even better the next day too.

Chicken Stew Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
� teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon instant gravy powder
8 chicken pieces
800g (1�lb) peeled and sliced potatoes
2 medium onions,chopped
3 celery sticks, sliced
4 carrots, sliced into rounds
3 tablespoons, chopped parsley
2 cups (20 fl oz / 1pt) chicken stock

How To Cook Crock Pot Chicken Stew

Place all the ingredients into your trusty crockpot and thencover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.It serves up a storm for 4 to 6 people and goes extra far if you haveit with lots of rice.
