How to Cook Orange ChickenCombine the flour, salt, pepper and paprika and place in a plastic bag. Dip the chicken breasts into mixture and shake the bag so the chicken breasts get evenly coated. Preheat the oil and butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken breasts on both sides. Add the rind, the juice and the sherry to the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for a further 5-8 minutes. Remove lid, add orange slices and cook for three minutes. Serve immediately with rice and a salad. This Orange Chicken Recipe is quite easy and makes a nice dinner idea.
